Moc Chau Highlands

Moc Chau Highlands (Son La province) is the home of the Mong ethnic people.


It is 1.050m above sea level, 200km Northwest of Hanoi, and reached by highway No.6 from Hanoi.

Moc Chau is a green steppe, has cool and airy climate, in summer it is often around 20oC. Moc Chau is well-known for its tea farms, dairy and now flower farms. Tourists can visit Dai Yem waterfall, pine forests, caves as well as see immense grass fields, unbounded white-plum and yellow flower.
