Fried spring roll (Nem)

The crispy shell with a soft veggie and meat filling dunked in a tangy sauce gets the gastronomic juices flowing before a main course.


Many tourists who come to Vietnam fall in love with Vietnamese fried spring rolls, called “nem” or “cha gio” (minced pork rolls).
