Main ingredients are glutinous rice, pork meat, and green beans. It is wrapped in a square of bamboo leaves that will give the rice a green color after it is baked. The sticky rice must be very good and has to soak in water for a day. The rice cake is wrapped in square shape, and cooked for about 12 hours by wood. The green chung cake captures the essence of the earth and brings an unforgettable taste!
